Joe W. Arnold
Joe Arnold has spent more than a decade at the center of Texas workforce policy. He co-founded the Texas Workforce Coalition in 2012 and helped pass House Bill 5, which aligned Texas high school graduation requirements with career pathways, and served as a governor's appointee to the Texas Workforce Investment Council.
He led government relations for Texas State Technical College across three legislative sessions and, earlier, for BASF in Texas, where he chaired the Associated Chemical Industry of Texas and served on the executive board of the Texas Association of Manufacturers.
